Wartime Aircraft Recovery Group (Shropshire)
Formed in 1978 to locate recover restore and display items from wartime aircraft.
Most of the collection was recovered from crash sites in & around Shropshire.
The museum is at Sleap airfield near Wem and is open on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of each month from April to October.
